I purchased the stair climber and mini lifter for my safe moving business to help me and my team deliver safes. Many clients have stairs that make moving safes up and down difficult and hard on our backs. So far, the stair climber seems to be well-built and was able to handle moving a 500lb safe up 3 flights of stairs with landings and turns easily and with limited physical strength needed. I thought it was a little slow going up stairs, but with a 500lb safe, better to go slow and easy then rush the lift up. I do recommend buying a spare battery if you are also buying the mini lifter with it as you will have to swap the battery from the climber and lifter as you are moving between equipment.

Almost perfect.
Machine arrived without a fuse installed and a spring missing from the fuse holder. Easy fix.
Suggest adding fold-up supports to the platform so wider boxes can be carried without interference from the wheels.

This stair climber actually has a safety belt design to make the cargo more stable.

I had a full size refrigerator and a upright freezer to bring up a narrow basement stair well. The Powered Stair Climbing Hand Truck took each of them up the concrete stairs with ease, by me self!
I have many more projects on my "list of things to do", moving things both up and down stairs. Now I don't have to depend on help, or make an appointment with a mover, every time I need to move something up and down steps.

I had several issues with trying to buy it through Amazon, only due to my business credit card, so XSTO refunded my personal credit card three times and Emily kept in contact with me through the entire process. Emily really helped me to not freak out about all the charges. Plus, she sent me a link to the setup instructions for the hand truck!

This product is everything that I expected it to be. More importantly the customer service is Top Notch! I had an issue with the original battery supplied with my machine. In notifying XSTO of my issue, Emily requested that I provide a video of the issues that I was experiencing (which is totally fair). Upon receipt of the video proof, Emily expedited a replacement battery out to me. This replacement battery resolved my issue, and I am extremely happy with both the machine, and the customer service received. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great option to save your back by working smarter, not harder!
