Doesn't have enough clearance from the ground to the wheels when transporting equipment. Not always on flat ground and so need to be able to go over obstacles such as rocks or other things. Hard to maneuver and grass or in the back of a truck that has ridges on the floor of the bed.

XSTO's customer service was awesome! I had several issues with trying to buy it through Amazon, only due to my business credit card, so XSTO refunded my personal credit card three times and Emily kept in contact with me through the entire process. Emily really helped me to not freak out about all the charges. Plus, she sent me a link to the setup instructions for the hand truck!
This product is everything that I expected it to be. More importantly the customer service is Top Notch! I had an issue with the original battery supplied with my machine. In notifying XSTO of my issue, Emily requested that I provide a video of the issues that I was experiencing (which is totally fair). Upon receipt of the video proof, Emily expedited a replacement battery out to me. This replacement battery resolved my issue, and I am extremely happy with both the machine, and the customer service received. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great option to save your back by working smarter, not harder!
